- 4 carrots
- 2 apples
- 2 beetroots
- 3 oranges
- 1 pomegranate
Instructions
- Wash the apples, carrots and beet thoroughly. Halve the pomegranate and oranges.
PREPARATION WITH A JUICER & CITRUS PRESS
- Depending on the model, cut the apples, carrots and beetroot into large pieces and place in the juicer. Pass the juice through a fine sieve and pour into a glass bottle.
- Squeeze the pomegranate and oranges using a citrus juicer and also pass through a fine sieve. Then pour into the glass bottle with the other juices.
PREPARATION WITH A FOOD PROCESSOR OR BLENDER
- Peel and roughly chop the apples, carrots and beet. Now put everything in the food processor or blender.
- Remove the orange flesh from the peel and add to the other fruits and vegetables. Scrape out the pomegranate and add the seeds to the food processor or blender.
- Blend everything at the highest setting for 30 seconds. Now pass the entire mixture through a fine sieve. If you like the pulp, you can of course skip this step.
- Pour the juice into a glass bottle.
