Ingredients
ICED ESPRESSO MARTINI
- 2 scoops of classic vanilla ice cream
- 40 milliliters tequila blanco
- 20 milliliters coffee liqueur
- 2 shots of espresso
- 4 tbsp crushed ice cubes
- sugar syrup to taste (optional)
ASSEMBLY
- 2 scoops of classic vanilla ice cream
Steps
- Pull the espresso: Pull two shots of espresso and allow them to cool slightly.
- Shake: Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
- Serve: Place one scoop of vanilla ice cream in each martini glass and pour the cocktail over it.
