SALSA

  • 3 pickles (apporx. 100g)
  • 1 small red onion 
  • 1 tbsp parsley

DRESSING

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper

PREPARATIONS

  • sharp knife
  • cutting board
  • small bowl
  • Cut the pickles into very small cubes.
  • Cut the onion into very small cubes.
  • Finely chop the parsley.

    COOKING

    1. In a small bowl, mix together 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp red wine vinegar as well as 1/8 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper.

    2. Add the diced pickles, diced onion and chopped parsley to the dressing. Stir everything well and serve.
