INGREDIENTS

- 1.5 tbsp peanut butter
- 60ml maple syrup (1/4 cup)
- ½ banana
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 90g rolled oats (3 oz)
- 1/8 tsp salt
ACTIVE: 2 min

PREPARATIONS

- medium-sized bowl
- rectangular container
- baking paper
- Melt the coconut oil in the microwave or in a small pan.
- Line a rectangular container with baking paper.
ACTIVE: 5 min
PASSIVE: 60 min
COOKING
1. In a medium-sized bowl, mash half the banana with a fork. Mix the peanut butter and maple syrup with the banana.
2. Now add the coconut oil, cocoa powder and salt to the bowl and mix well to form a homogeneous mixture.
3. Pour the mixture onto the baking paper in the rectangular tin and spread out evenly.
4. Leave to harden in the freezer for approx. 1 hour and then cut into 12 equal pieces. Store the pieces in the fridge.
