SMOOTHIE
- 1/2 apple
- 1/2 pear
- juice of half a lemon
- 40g spinach (1 cup)
- 100g frozen pineapple (heaped 1/2 cup)
- 125ml cold water (1/2 cup)
ACTIVE: 2 min

PREPARATIONS

- cutting board
- blender
- Peel the apple and pear and cut into large pieces.

COOKING
1. Put the apple pieces, pear pieces, spinach and frozen pineapple in the blender. Add water and lemon juice.
2. Blend everything at the highest setting until no more pieces of spinach are visible and the smoothie has turned a rich green color.
3. Pour the smoothie into glasses and drink with a straw.
