- 300g cream cheese (1 + 1/3 cup)
- 60g powdered sugar (1/2 cup)
- 100g lemon curd (1 cup)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
GLAZE
- 150g powdered sugar (1.5 cups)
- 50g butter (1/4 cup)
- 150g cream cheese (2/3 cup)
- zest of one lemon
- juice of half a lemon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
