- sharp knife
- cutting board
- medium sized bowl
Ingredients
- 1 pineapple
- a few stalks of mint
Instructions
- Remove the skin from the pineapple and cut the flesh into small pieces.
- Pluck the mint leaves from the stalks and chop finely.
- Mix the pineapple pieces and chopped mint in a medium-sized bowl and then divide between two bowls.
