Ingredients
- 3 pickles (approx. 100g)
- 1 small red onion
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Cut the pickles into very small cubes.
- Cut the onion into very small cubes.
- Finely chop the parsley.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp red wine vinegar as well as 1/8 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper.
- Add the diced pickles, diced onion and chopped parsley to the dressing. Stir everything well and serve.
