- 1 tsp black pepper corns
BÉCHAMEL SAUCE
- 70g butter (2.5 oz)
- 70g all-purpose flour (2.5 oz)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/8 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 nutmeg
