Ingredients

  • 200 grams yogurt
  • 12 leaves fresh mint
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove the peel from the garlic clove.
  2. Stack the mint leaves on top of each other and roll them up. Then cut into fine rings and chop finely.
  3. Add yogurt to the bowl. Add the garlic clove with a press. Finally, add salt and finely ground pepper, as well as the finely chopped mint, and stir everything into a creamy dip.

  • 100 milliliters milk of choice (I used soy milk)
  • 43 grams rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
FRIED BANANA
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
TOPPINGS
  • 50 grams frozen blueberries (1/4 cup)
  • 1 tsp nutbutter of choice (I used peanut butter)

Instructions

  1. Cut the banana into finger-thick slices.
  2. Cook the rolled oats with milk, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt in a small saucepan to a creamy consistency for approx. 10 minutes. Transfer to a small bowl.
  3. In the same saucepan, cook the blueberries over a medium heat until soft and juices run clear.
  4. Meanwhile, add 1 tsp coconut oil to a small frying pan. Once hot, add the banana slices to the pan. Fry on both sides until the bananas are golden brown. Finally, add 1 tsp maple syrup and 1/8 tsp cinnamon and allow the bananas to caramelize.
  5. Put the 1 tsp nut butter for a few seconds in the microwave so that it softens.
  6. Pour the blueberries with their sauce over the oatmeal in the bowl. Spread the bananas on top and finish with the nut butter.

  1. Wash the cucumber and cut off six slices.
  2. Wash the apple and cut off three slices. Remove the core.
  3. Cut three slices off the Camembert.

  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp risotto rice
  • 200 grams parmesan (or grana padano)
  • 300 milliliter vegetable stock
  • 300 grams heavy cream
  • 70 milliliter dry white wine
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • truffle oil
  • fresh parsley

Instructions

PREPARATIONS

  • Slice the shallots into thin rings.
  • Peel the garlic and cut it into thin slices.
  • Finely grate the Parmesan.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Melt butter in a pot and sauté the risotto rice, shallots, and garlic for about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they look glossy and smell amazing.
  2. Add broth and white wine to the pot, bring it to a boil, and let it reduce over medium heat for about 10 minutes until the liquid is halved.
  3. Pour in the cream, toss in the grated Parmesan, and stir gently over the lowest heat until the cheese is melted. Be careful not to overheat – it’s all about that smooth, creamy vibe.
  4. Once the risotto rice is soft, blend the soup with a hand blender until it’s silky smooth.
  5. Strain the soup through a fine mesh strainer into another pot. You’ll end up with a little clump of risotto and Parmesan left in the sieve that can be tossed and don’t forget to scrape off the bottom of the strainer for extra flavor! Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve with a few drops of truffle oil and a sprinkle of chopped parsley.

Ingredients

  • 2 yellow onions
  • 4 pickles
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 150 grams greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 125 grams bacon
  • 1 tsp dill (fresh or dried)
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Place the bacon in a cold pan without adding any more fat and fry over a medium heat until crispy. If the bacon gets hot together with the pan and is not placed directly in a hot pan, the fat from the bacon will come out during frying.
  2. Meanwhile cut the onion and the pickles into very small pieces.
  3. Leave the excess fat from bacon in the pan and transfer the bacon to a medium bowl and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, fry the onion pieces in the bacon fat over a medium heat until golden brown until they start to caramelize slightly. Set the pan aside and allow the onion pieces to cool slightly.
  5. Add all the remaining ingredients to the bacon in the bowl and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. The dip tastes best with a fresh baguette or potato chips.
